1. Booking Amount / Token Deposit

The initial booking amount (token) is strictly non-refundable. However, it is transferable to a friend for the same trip, or can be converted into a SafarSocial Credit Note (valid for 6 months) if cancelled 45 days prior.

2. Rescheduling by SafarSocial

In the rare event that we cancel a trip due to insufficient bookings or internal logistics, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid within 15-20 business days.

3. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

If a trip is cancelled or cut short due to “Acts of God” (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics), SafarSocial will not be liable for a cash refund. Instead, we will provide a Voucher/Credit Note for the remaining value after deducting fixed costs already paid to vendors.

4. No-Shows & Mid-Trip Departure

No refunds will be provided for travelers who arrive late, miss their flight/train, or choose to leave the trip mid-way for personal reasons.
