TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR

SAFARSOCIAL

Effective Date: May 01, 2026

Welcome to SafarSocial. By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms act as an enforceable legal agreement between you and SafarSocial.

1. Scope of Services

SafarSocial is a travel venture facilitating group departures and social travel experiences.

  • Exclusions: Per our company policy, we do not provide flight bookings or visa/document processing services. All participants are responsible for their own travel documentation and airfare unless explicitly stated in a specific premium itinerary.

  • Third-Party Vendors: We act as a facilitator between you and independent service providers (hotels, transport, local guides). We are not liable for their independent actions or service deficiencies.

2. Absolute Limitation of Liability (The "Zero-Liability" Clause)

  • Data & Cyber Security: While SafarSocial uses reasonable security practices under the IT Act 2000, we are not liable for any data breach, hacking, or unauthorized access to your information. By using our site, you agree that our security is “reasonable” and you waive any right to claim compensation for third-party criminal acts.

  • On-Trip Incidents: SafarSocial, its partners, and employees shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, death, or damage to personal property during a tour. You participate in all activities (including adventure sports) at your own risk.

  • Total Cap: In any event where a court of law finds SafarSocial liable, the maximum liability shall be limited to the “Service Fee” portion of the amount paid by the user, excluding costs paid out to third-party vendors (hotels, buses, etc.).

3. Booking and Payments

  • Registration: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit and our written confirmation.

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate details. SafarSocial is not liable for errors in bookings caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • User Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the specific timeline of the tour (e.g., No refunds within 15 days of departure).

  • Company Cancellation: SafarSocial reserves the right to cancel a trip due to “Force Majeure” (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions). In such cases, a credit note may be issued instead of a cash refund.

5. Force Majeure

SafarSocial is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, or blockage.

6. Code of Conduct

SafarSocial tours are group experiences for the 18–30 demographic. We reserve the right to terminate the tour of any participant whose behavior is disruptive, illegal, or violates the safety of the group. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
