Day 1: Arrival in Bali
Arrive in the tropical paradise of Bali in the afternoon, where warm island vibes welcome you. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel in the lively beach town of Kuta.
Complete a smooth check-in and unwind after your journey. Spend the evening at leisure—relax by the beach, explore vibrant streets, or enjoy Bali’s buzzing nightlife.

Day 2: Benoa Beach & Uluwatu Sunset
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Head to Tanjung Benoa Beach, famous for thrilling water sports activities like jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat rides (optional).
Later, visit the iconic Uluwatu Temple, perched dramatically on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean. As the sun sets, witness the mesmerizing Kecak Dance performance, a traditional Balinese cultural spectacle.

Return to Bali and head towards the cultural soul of the island, Ubud.

Day 7: Adventure & Nature

Next, soar above the jungle on the iconic Bali Swing, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Later, unwind at the beautiful Tegenungan Waterfall, surrounded by tropical greenery.

- Packed breakfasts will be provided in case of early morning internal flights, and early or packed dinners may be arranged for late-night flights (subject to operational feasibility).
- Guests booking on a twin-sharing basis may be required to pay single occupancy charges if a suitable sharing partner is not available.

- Guests are expected to adhere to tour instructions, safety guidelines, and schedules provided by SAPHAR TRAVELS staff.
- Failure to comply may result in denial of participation in certain activities without refund.
- Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry with at least two blank pages.
- E-Visa (90 Days): Indian citizens are now eligible for a 90-day e-Visa (Single or Multiple Entry).
- Travel Ready: Carry printed copies of your E-visa, return flight tickets, and hotel vouchers. Immigration officers often request to see these before stamping your entry.
- Vietnamese Dong (VND): Official currency. 1 INR is approx. 300–330 VND.
- The “USD” Rule: Carry crisp, new USD bills (post-2013 series) for the best exchange rates. Local shops do not accept INR.
- ATMs: Widely available in cities. Use ATMs attached to banks (like Vietcombank or BIDV) to avoid skimming and high fees.
- Strict Airline Policy: Budget carriers (VietJet, AirAsia) and even Vietnam Airlines are very strict in 2026.
- Cabin Bag: 7kg limit (includes your laptop bag/handbag).
- Check-in: Ensure your ticket includes 20kg–23kg; otherwise, pre-book online to avoid 3x higher charges at the airport.
- Climate Zones: Vietnam has three distinct zones. If visiting the North (Hanoi/Sapa) between Nov–Feb, a warm jacket is mandatory. The South (HCMC/Mekong) remains tropical year-round.
- E-SIM vs. Physical SIM: Purchase an E-SIM before you land for instant data. If buying at the airport, stick to major networks: Viettel (best coverage), Vinaphone, or Mobifone.
- Power: Vietnam uses Type A, C, and F sockets. A universal adapter is highly recommended for Indian 3-pin plugs.
- Safe Water: Never drink tap water. Use bottled water or the filtered water dispensers provided at hotels.
- App Alert: Download Grab (the Uber of SE Asia) for transparent taxi pricing. Avoid unmetered street taxis.
- Temple Dress Code: Both men and women must cover shoulders and knees. Carry a light sarong or scarf in your bag to quickly cover up when visiting pagodas.
